Daun Penh Agrico runs a circular agriculture model in Ratanakiri. Banana stems, pineapple leaves and other crop residues are used to support livestock production, and livestock waste is then processed into organic fertiliser that goes back to the orchards.
The closed loop reduces waste, improves soil health and lowers the need for chemical inputs, helping to optimise costs and use resources more efficiently.
